Factors Driving Renewable Energy Development

1.        The need to reduce emissions of green houses gases.

3.        Legislative mandate that public utilities purchase an increasing percentage (15%
to 30%) of their power from renewable energy resources.

Mission Statement
To build, own and operate a diversified portfolio of renewable energy projects in the
United States. To be an independent power producer whose work and energy
production contributes to a reduction in dependence on foreign oil and fossil fuels and
the reduction in emissions of greenhouse gases.

GAE is actively seeking to purchase or acquire an interest in renewable energy
projects.  GAE can also provide financing for renewable energy projects.
